This web application is designed to be highly interactive and additional information can be often displayed by moving your mouse pointer over various parts of the data. We encourage you to explore the site and discover all the ways you can view election result information.
Additionally, many of the items (such as precinct names and race titles) are also links that can take you to other parts of the site. If the field becomes underlined when you roll your mouse pointer over it, that means it's a link.
The current page will automatically refresh itself every two mintues.
Votes from a precinct can come from one of three sources: Votes from Polling Locations are those cast on election day, Mail-In Absentee votes are another source, and Advance Voting occurs in the days and weeks before the election. This web application will show the votes from each source as well as the combined total.
In various parts of the site, you will see letters that correspond to these voting sources. A 'P' indcates the Polling Locations, an 'M' stands for Mail-In Absentee ballots, and an 'A' means the Advance Voting source. How these are displayed indicates whether or not votes from the source have been reported.
P | M | A |
In In the example above, The Polling Location and Advance Voting Sources have reported and are included in the results, while the Mail-In Absentee votes have yet to be reported.
On certain mouse-over screens and on the 'Detail' tab of some race results, you can view the votes broken down by the various sources for each candidate as well as the total number of votes.
