THE ADMINISTR ATIVE DIVISION
            performs many crucial functions for the Marshal’s Office. Falling
            within the purview of the ASD are Community Relations, Training,
            State Certification, Background Investigation, and Internal Affairs.
            On  any  given  weekday,  weeknight  or  weekend,  you  will  find
            a  member  of  this  Division  at  a  school  reading  to  the  students
            or  teaching  a  class  on  gun  safety.  You  may  also  find  someone                                                                  EVERY ENCOUNTER
            attending a community meeting to share insight into a community
            problem or concern.
