VISION 2020
For the new decade, Marshal Lamkin is rolling out his vision for how he wants his
officers to view interactions with the public they serve. Vision 2020, simply put, is
a campaign designed to continue building a culture within the agency in which
every officer believes that “every encounter with a citizen is an opportunity to make
a positive impact”. The Marshal and his leadership team will develop this culture
through the use of heavy media campaigns, leading by example and through officer
recognitions, among other things.
