                                                                                                                                                                          LIEUTENANT
                                                                                                                                                                          STEPHEN BILLMAN
                                                                                                                                                                          Lieutenant  First  Class  Stephen  Billman  is  a  retired  U.S.  Army  veteran  who  honorably  served  over  21
                                                                                                                                                                          years,  including  multiple  deployments  to  Iraq.  Throughout  his  military  career,  he  received  numerous
                                                                                                                                                                          commendations, including the prestigious Bronze Star, for his exemplary service.

                                                                                                                                                                          Lieutenant Billman began his law enforcement career with the Richmond County
                                                                                                                                                                          Marshal’s Office in 2014. During his tenure, he has held several leadership roles
                                                                                                                                                                          and played a vital part in the CAVE Task Force (Crimes Against the Vulnerable
                                                                                                                                                                          and Elderly), working to protect those most in need.


                                                                                                                                                                          Currently serving as the Operations Division Commander, Lieutenant Billman
                                                                                                                                                                          oversees the division’s management and ensures the proper execution of court
                                                                                                                                                                          processes and enforcement of county ordinances, including efforts to combat
                                                                                                                                                                          illegal dumping. His dedication to service continues to make a positive impact
                                                                                                                                                                          on the Richmond County community.
