Julie Kelly has been with Augusta Richmond County for 19 years, with Mark Adams has been with the Richmond County Marshal’s Office for
the last six years being at the Richmond County Marshal’s Office. In 22 Years and acts in support of our Operations Division. Mark has an
her current role as Executive Assistant to Marshal Ramone Lamkin, outstanding work ethic and provides invaluable support to our team. Mark
she regularly goes above and beyond to contribute to the success of the continually demonstrates loyalty and commitment to our vision and is a
agency’s mission. Julie is the driving force for the Thanksgiving Turkey wealth of institutional knowledge, which he shares to improve our team.
