Each year, the Marshal’s Office teams up with Augusta Regional Airport,
Augusta Partnership for Children, and Tuttle-Newton Home to spread holiday
cheer through the Santa Fly-In Toy Drive. This year, on Saturday, December
13th, the event brought magic and joy to local children and their families.

Thanks to Augusta Partnership for Children, 64 families—186 children
in total—joined us at Augusta Regional Airport for a festive Christmas
celebration. The day was full of laughter with dancing, crafts, games, bouncy
houses, and a Christmas breakfast from CG Catering. Special appearances
by The Grinch, Cindy Lou Who, and other beloved characters added extra
holiday fun.

The highlight? Santa Claus’s grand arrival on the tarmac via helicopter,
piloted by the Georgia State Patrol! Each child received gifts from their wish
list, and families were sent home with a Christmas meal courtesy of Faith
Outreach Church, ensuring everyone could enjoy a festive dinner at home.
This event truly reflected the power of community, generosity, and holiday
spirit. We’re incredibly grateful to our employees and partners who adopted
families and helped make the season brighter. Thanks to you, the holidays
were filled with joy, giving, and unforgettable memories!
