Carl Nevils consistently performs at an exceptional level and is an indispensable asset to the Richmond County Marshal’s Office.
As the lead MOC Operator, he sets the standard for professionalism, accuracy, and operational efficiency within the Marshal’s
Operations Center.
Nevils plays a critical role in daily operations and is responsible for training all new MOC operators. His knowledge of systems,
policies, and procedures ensures continuity of operations and provides officers and supervisors with reliable, timely information
during routine and critical incidents. He excels under pressure and maintains composure while managing multiple tasks in a

the Marshal’s Office. He is a reliable resource for the Operations Division, providing support not only to deputies but
also to other divisions. Deputy Beasley leads by example, serving as a role model for new deputies and demonstrating
professionalism and integrity. Additionally, he emphasizes the importance of maintaining proper conduct while
encouraging deputies to prioritize their families. His exceptional work ethic and dedication make him stand out among
his peers.

Kimberly Cypress, Assistant Project Coordinator, has been named the 2025 Support Employee of the Year in recognition of her
exceptional dedication, organization, and commitment to excellence. In her role, Kimberly assists the Project Coordinator with
a wide range of responsibilities including supporting departmental initiatives, managing logistics, helping coordinate our
annual charity events, and helping ensure projects are completed efficiently and successfully. Her attention to detail, positive
attitude, and willingness to go above and beyond make her an invaluable member of the team. Whether working behind the
scenes to keep operations running smoothly or helping support programs that positively impact the community, Kimberly’s
