Strategic Action Items:
-Increase Fire and Life Safety Education.
-Continue health and safety measures, including
addressing both physical and

mental well-being of department personnel.

-Increase opportunities for classes and certifications.
-Develop education programs on fire prevention, health &
safety, and quality of life.

The execution of these StrategicAction Items is prioritized
by completion year in the Appendix.
