 BILL PROBUS                                      JAMES SABB
                                                  Colonel James Sabb, a proud native of Augusta, Georgia, is a 24-year veteran of the Richmond County
 Chief Probus began his distinguished law enforcement career in 1984 as a police officer with the Augusta   Marshal’s Office. Prior to his tenure with the Marshal’s Office, Colonel Sabb served 12 years in the
 Police Department. Over the past 42 years, he has served in various capacities with the Augusta Police   United States Marine Corps, achieving the rank of E-6. During his distinguished military career, he

 Certified Employment Law Specialist Certification in 2000. Throughout his career, Chief Probus has held   Georgia  Public  Safety  Training  Center,  including  courses  in
 leadership  positions  such  as  Commander  of  the  Patrol  Division,   Fostering Positive Community Relations, Supervision Levels 1-3,
 Special Operations Division, and Office of Professional Standards   and certification as a Field Training Officer. He is also a graduate
 and Training in two Sheriff’s Offices. He has also served as Tactical   of  the  12-month  First  Line  Manager  Certification  Program  at
 Operations Commander for the SWAT Team and Commander of the   Aiken Technical College.
