2023-2025 PLAN
The 2023-2025 Information Technology Strategic Plan included 65
projects. Despite the challenges of Hurricane Helene and the necessity of
shifting a major portion of our resources towards security concerns, over
50% of those projects were fully completed. Around a dozen were can-
celled or put on hold, often due to funding availability. The remaining pro-
jects were extended or rescoped during implementation and were still in
progress as of 2026. These projects rolled forward into the project list for
2026-2028.
