                                                                          Among  the  many  threats  to  property  and  safety  we  defend  against  daily,
                                 2023                                     no other threat poses a greater risk than that of an active assailant. With

                                                                          attempt to do harm in one of our facilities. Our officers conduct stressful
                                                                          drills geared toward testing their responses under pressure and sharpening

                                                                          their daily work areas. Additionally, our officers are regularly subjected to
                                 2023                                     unannounced testing conducted by actors who are unknown to the officers,

                                                                          in an effort to evaluate our ability to quickly identify suspicious behaviors,
